Ateliér Karel
Have we see the bowl? The project was created by four students of design at Czech technical university in Studio Karel / Šafařík. Authors Eva Karaivanova, Nikola Moravcová, Anna-Myato Seho and Kateřina Rydlová present the theme of a “bowl” in different ways. Their objects have a wide range of materials and design focused on details. At the exhibition you can see a cut crystal bowl which is characterized by optical properties. Second one is unique black opaxit glass formed of segments. The third one is an organically shaped gold-plated bowl with excellent reflection of light and the last one is wooden bowl with a copper surface reflecting the surrounding space.

The seventh international designers’ festival Prague Design Week took place in Republic Square 7 in centre of Prague. Seven-day event featured the creation of 77 designers, jewellers, fashion designers, creative people, studios, schools and firms.
