combines traditional textile craft – knitting on a hand-operated knitting machines, and linen, material typical for Central European climate. The yarns come from the region of Wallachia and Pardubice and the linen is woven in one of the last weaving mills in Moravia. One of the ideas of this collection is to support the Czech textile industry, from materials to components. The entire collection is a play of light and shadow with vertical, horizontal lines with diagonal cuts and patterns.
The seventh international designers’ festival Prague Design Week took place in Republic Square 7 in centre of Prague. Seven-day event featured the creation of 77 designers, jewellers, fashion designers, creative people, studios, schools and firms.
